Hello Sarah

A visit from cousin Sarah is something to look forward to. She is generous, thoughtful, and caring, which is not surprising if you happen to know her Mom. And, like her Mom, Sarah loves fiercely and devotedly.

The photo above was taken in the hospital when Owen was born and where Sarah spent morning ‘til night with me taking care of Mama and baby. She recently spent a week’s vacation with them helping out.
I'm happy to see she may visit here now and again.

What a beautiful post! I find it so interesting how sometimes people connect so strongly at a very early age, and that bond only strengthens more with time. Reading your post, it feels as though Em and Sarah are twins as opposed to being cousins. Would that everyone were blessed with that type of a bond.
The photo is so lovely - clearly Owen is a well-loved young man.

The unwrapping of the gift continues and unexpected delights lie within.

This is an amazing tribute. Thank you beautiful Aunt. I feel more than blessed to have you, your daughter and now your grandson in my life. You are right, what Emily and I have is unmatched. I love her deeply. We are an extension of each other. I don't know how I was so lucky as to be born into the same family as my soul mate.

Oh How I love that photo. I have a similar one on my fridge. Wasn't it you who said at the hospital that babies bring people together? So right,so right. Because ever since little Owen arrived I have spent more time with you and your family and it has been a blessing.
