A believer in the adage "You are what you eat" I was pleased to stumble upon "You are what you read" stated by Joseph Epstein in Professor Maryanne Wolf's essay written for Designers & Books. I first came across M. Wolf when transcribing an interview she gave to one of my co-workers.
