The Price is Right

Situated across the road from me this bungalow seemed pleasant enough but ordinary - framed by a tidy lawn, cedar shrubs and green trim. Its hidden charm, however, rests in the garden beds and wide expanse of wildflowers at the back. While visiting last week E & N decided to look into the current asking price as the seller had had it on the market for some time - we knew it was initially listed too high but wondered if he had come down in price. Well as the saying goes "the price was right" and as I write this E & N are meeting with their realtor to sign the P&A papers. Now when I look out my living room window I no longer see ordinary - I see my present and my future. I could not have predicted this wonderful turn of events and am ever so pleased that the universe has unfolded as it has. Lets hope all goes well with the transactions so that by this fall when you come our way you will have two homes to visit for the price of one - yup, like the feller says, the price is right!

Hiya!
Just found out a little while ago about this from E. I am so excited! How fantabulous is this? My thoughts were yours - what a great gift - guess it is true, "Christmas in July" really does exist!!
